We got great value for our money with a spacious room on the 3rd floor that had a beautiful sea view. The location was perfect, with handy lifts that take you to the old town without any uphill walking. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The food for breakfast could have been better.

The hotel is very stylish. Great architecture, the villa is very nicely renovated. For someone who likes the 70s architecture a treat! The rooms are nice even though not renovated. View very nice. Two chic pools!

The venue are not maintained. At different corners it crumbles, it should be improved and renovated.

It's possible to get to the city center, but it requires taking an elevator through a tunnel that doesn't feel safe at night. There is a nice view of the sea and the Bourtzi fortress. Some rooms have original seventies style with fantastic woodwork.

The hotel facilities seem outdated, and some guests note the condition of the carpets, electronics, and appliances.

Location, location, location. Wonderfully located above the village with distant views over the bay. An elevator takes you directly to the old town.

I loved the location of this hotel, perched on the hills with an amazing view of the city below. The hotel's location made it easy for me to explore the old town area thanks to the guest lift that connects the hillside to the lower level. I was also delighted to find free indoor parking and great facilities such as a pool and restaurant. The staff was very helpful during my stay, providing great transportation and navigation tips.

There was nothing I didn't like during my stay at this hotel. The experience was fantastic!

During my stay at the Nafplia Palace Hotel, I was blown away by the breathtaking views of the city and surrounding sea. The location on the mountain top provided an unparalleled experience. The newly renovated rooms were spacious and equipped with all the amenities I needed, including a coffee maker. The infinity pool overlooking the city was a highlight, and the breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations. The elevator connecting the hotel to the old town center was convenient for exploring the city. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would highly recommend this hotel for its stunning location and excellent service.

Jacuzzi in room "cleans" itself with huge noise about 15 minutes after use (and startles the sleeper); the pool bar (and main pool) were closed and the book about the hotel in the room wholly confusing (bad English) - implied there was a pool at sister hotel (there's not) and offered massage but the masseuse does business delegations most days and so not available

Beautiful location with stunning views. The hotel room had a lovely view of the infinity pool and the port. The AC worked perfectly, keeping the room nice and cool. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious with separate areas for the shower and jacuzzi bath. Despite a few minor issues like black mold in the shower ceiling, I enjoyed my stay and didn't want to move rooms. The hotel's location on the mountainside was perfect, just a short walk to the waterfront and everything in town. The staff was friendly, and although not very thorough, they made the stay pleasant. The breakfast was nice, and there were delicious restaurants within a 10-minute walk. I had a great experience and would consider staying here again.

The weekend stay offered a serene and picturesque view that added charm to the already delightful experiences. The fresh sea breeze, complementing the stunning scenery, made it impossible to not appreciate the beauty around. the friendly and courteous staff made it an even more pleasant stay. They ensured that our needs were taken care of promptly.

The hotel could use an update in its decor following decades of service. The hotel facilities were in dire need of renovation and maintenance, and some of the amenities were not functioning correctly.

Amazing views and great pool, perfect for relaxing. The location was unbeatable, within walking distance of the city center and all major attractions. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and attentive to our needs.

The rooms need some updating, with carpets and bathrooms showing their age. Despite these issues, overall it was still a pleasant stay and we would consider returning.
